Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, encompassing the opening and closing procedures, order processing, table setup, and maintenance of cleanliness standards.
- Execution of basic cashiering duties.
- Delivering service in accordance with the established standards of the Food and Beverage department.
- Proficiently addressing guest complaints, with the ability to escalate issues to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
- Upholding post-service cleanliness within the designated section.
- Collaboration with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Undertaking additional duties as directed by the outlet manager.
