Salary: Basic $2,000 - $2,600 + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), alternate Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
Location: Senoko Road
Responsibilities:
- Present the company in a professional manner, upholding a positive and empathetic demeanor consistently.
- Identify and address customer needs by providing accurate information and advice.
- Manage customer complaints by offering suitable solutions within specified timeframes and ensuring resolution through follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, and workshops.
- Generate quotations and initiate Work Orders accordingly.
- Issue job orders to workshops and contractors.
- Communicate with controllers and contractors regarding service/repair quality and pricing.
- Follow up with workshops and contractors on vehicle service/repair progress and provide feedback to customers.
- Maintain and update the service/repair schedule, as well as coordinate vehicle collection with customers.
- Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints and propose recommendations within established guidelines.
Requirements:
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Meticulous and has a good work ethic.
- Relevant customer service / administrative / support function experience.
- MS Office Skills.
- Familiar with CRM system advantageous.
- Attentive, adaptable and responsible with good communication skills.
