Duties and Responsibilities:
- To own and drive Uniworld leads generation and activity.
- Drive consumer, trade engagement, activity and act as brand guardian and review regional and trade marketing materials to ensure brand compliance and global consistency.
- Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
- Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
- Support the development of digital marketing campaigns (web, email, social) in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Ensure all promotions and travel agent/distributor projects are printed and achieved in a periodic and orderly fashion.
- Coordinate campaign and development of print marketing collateral (brochures, direct mail, posters, flyers etc) and advertising creative (press, display, outdoor).
- Coordinate with the local Travel Corporation team in all joint consumer or trade marketing initiatives, fairs, events.
- Support the development of global marketing messaging.
- Manage internal communications to regional sales and reservation teams to support the launch of new marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Organize training seminars for Asia’s distribution network of travel agents.
- Maintain proactive trade and consumer distribution relationships in your daily dealings with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel.
- Any related duties assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing & Communication or similar, with 1 years’ experience in Marketing & Communication role.
- Strong campaign management skills, capable of organizing and delivering multi-channel campaigns to fixed deadlines.
- Experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads manager, etc is a plus.
- Experience in running performance/digital marketing channels (SEM/Display/Paid Social/Mobile) is a plus.
- Proven experience of delivering results through working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level personal organization and time management Skills.
- A collaborative and energetic team player with strong influencing skills.
- A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, able to work quickly and confidently in the absence of established procedures and protocols.
