Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)
To support RR Department
Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- Monthly Progress Claims to Clients/ Main Con (Preparation, Submission and Closing).
- Taking Off Drawings for Projects under Tender Stage and Ongoing.
- Propose Product based on Specs and Input Pricing for Project Tender.
- Consolidating Sub-Con Claims.
(B) General :
- Assist Project Director for Project Finalization.
- Assist for Project Costing and Budgeting (Awarded Project).
- Assist to claim back Retention Monies from Client/ Main Con.
- Prepare Shop Drawings/ As-built Drawings (If necessary).
- Prepare Quotation and follow up.
- Prepare BCA performance evaluation after project completed.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Bachelor Engineering Civil or equivalent.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCad
- Reliable and responsible.
(C) Experience :
- Min 2 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying.
