Job Description:
- To handle the invoicing, billing and remittances.
- To maintain timely & accurate input of information (invoices, credit notes, etc) in Accounts system.
- To manage cash book and sales reports.
- To ensure compliance with internal control procedures & accounting policies.
- To assist in month end closing and financial reporting.
- To fulfill any other duties as assigned to him/her.
Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Good Excel skills and well-versed with ACCPAC
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently & a good team player
