Job Responsibilities
· Manage sales/purchase order and issuance of contract by using in house system to ensure accuracy
· Handle risk management of market movement, customer credit monitoring & application, contracts and inventories
· Develop strong business building relationship with existing accounts and expand new sales/purchase accounts in both local & overseas markets
· Liaise with suppliers and customers to plan and manage logistics processes including freight forwarding, insurance and etc. according to the contractual requirement.
· Management of budget and accounting issues within the department and provide guidance to sales coordinators in daily administrative duties
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
· Example : New Business Modelling (20%), Marketing (50%), Operational (30%) .
Job Requirements
• Minimum Degree qualification in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in London Metal Exchange (LME) Listed commodity Trading (if possible)
• Able to multi task and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Good analytical skills, negotiation and communication skills
• Team player, good attitude and positive thinking towards change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to travel and stay for the meeting and checking the production in the factory and mine including such as S.E.Asia, India, China and Africa etc.. occasionally
