Duties and Responsibilities
- Membership Recruitment & Retention: Plan and execute recruitment and retention strategies. This involves identifying potential new members, conducting outreach activities, and maintaining positive relationships with existing members.
- Members Engagement: Understand members needs and develop plans to address them and resolve member’s complaints quickly and effectively.
- Member Services: Developing and delivering programs, services, and resources that meet the needs of SFA members. This includes organizing workshops, training sessions, and networking events, as well as providing access to industry-specific information, tools, and resources.
- Public Relations: Developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the association's reputation and promote the interests of its members.
- Government Relations: Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments from govertment or related industrial sector and disseminate information to members timely.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to update Exco on external relations activities and outcomes during Ops and Exco Meetings.
- Tenant Acquisition: Identifying potential tenants for the furniture mall, conducting market research, and actively seeking out businesses that align with the mall's objectives.
- Lease Negotiations: Engaging in lease negotiations with prospective tenants, including discussing lease terms, rental rates, lease duration, and any additional requirements.
- Tenant Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, responding to inquiries, and providing support as needed.
- Tenant Sharing Session: Conduct monthly Tenant’s sharing session and minutes taking. Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants to foster tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to update Bods on tenants related issues during Bod Meetings.
- Asia Pacific Furniture Fair: Planning, organizing, and coordinating industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. This includes identifying event opportunities, securing sponsorships, managing logistics, and ensuring a successful outcome for both the association and its members.
- The above terms and conditions of service are subject to review by the Management from time to time.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.
- Required to work on weekends/after office hours to coordinate mall events/company events.
