Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up or working within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, including process monitoring and equipment management.
- Project Assistance: Provide support in setting up new manufacturing lines or facilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Help ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards and company quality policies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate records of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Safety Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining safety protocols in the manufacturing facility.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, with direct involvement in facility setup or operations.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical production.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to proficiently speak in Chinese and English.
