· Perform daily inspection tasks designated by the supervisor.

· Perform in-process, out-going and out of box inspection according to Quality Plan
· Issue Non-Conformance Material Report (NCMR) as and when necessary, when quality problem arises.
· Maintain all quality inspection reports.
· Lead role as inspector, train and guide new inspector.
· Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor.
· Perform daily process audit according to the procedure.
· Report any abnormality of the process to the immediate Supervisor and raise NCMR.
· Issue Stop Shipment Order and Stop Machine Order when the processes are out of control.
· Maintain all inspection records.
· Maintain proper 5S housekeeping in the assigned area daily.
· Always adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice
· Ensure safety regulations are being observed throughout the working hours.
