Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the designated area.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share and achieve sales objectives.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote our pharmaceutical products.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement measures to improve sales results.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor sales representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
