Pharmaceutical Sales Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the designated area.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase market share and achieve sales objectives.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote our pharmaceutical products.
  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement measures to improve sales results.
  6. Training and Development: Train and mentor sales representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
