Job Description
● Engage in business development activities including identifying, securing, and/or managing relationships with external clients
● Meet regularly with management to report and plan organisation’s business objectives / strategy
● Propose new channels for sales growth
● Business research – gathering, studying and analysing information to find potential opportunities and determine their feasibility, expediency and prospects.
● Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budget to achieve profitability targets.
● Oversee day-to-day business operations
● Monitor client satisfaction and quality assurance, report issues relating to business operations and propose viable solutions.
● Keep abreast of legal and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
● Diploma/Degree on Business Management or equivalent.
● Minimum 2 year’s Business development/consulting experiences.
● Recruitment/Business Consultancy Industry experience ideal, B2B sales is a minimum requirement.
● Excellent communication skills, meticulous, process strong execution skills and customers serviced oriented.
● Resourceful, strong negotiation skills and able to work independently.
● Good time management skills.
● Planning and analytical skills, ability to drive business through presentation and negotiation.
● Proficient with MS Office. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
