Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with out-sourced accounting service company to ensure timely and accurate Financial Accounting and Reporting function of 3 companies with related subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely compliance to all statutory, accounting and tax.
- Monitor and ensure sufficient cash flow of all entities and timely payment of vendors/payroll.
- Develop Internal Control/Financial Policies & procedures.
- Ability to do Financial Modelling in support of renewable energy projects.
- Work with senior management to develop budgets, operating plans and forecasts.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA / CPA (Certified Public Account).
- At least 5 years related working experiences preferably in Audit, FP&A or Business Analysis experience.
- Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in MS Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge in IFRS, Tax and other regulatory requirements.
