Key Account Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives
  • Work closely with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Collaborate with key customers on promotions, planning, and executing strategies to drive mutual growth
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, identifying risks or opportunities for account growth
  • Participate in monthly meetings with key customers to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore opportunities for further collaboration
  • Generate internal reports detailing key account activities, performance metrics, and future strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to customer needs
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present ideas, solutions, and reports to key customers and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
