Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives
- Work closely with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within key accounts
- Collaborate with key customers on promotions, planning, and executing strategies to drive mutual growth
- Prepare regular reports on account status, identifying risks or opportunities for account growth
- Participate in monthly meetings with key customers to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore opportunities for further collaboration
- Generate internal reports detailing key account activities, performance metrics, and future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to customer needs
- Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics & Supply Chain
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively present ideas, solutions, and reports to key customers and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
