The Challenges:
Admin Support
- Coordinate meetings schedule for Executive Management’s office.
- Coordinate daily dispatch and sorting out mail.
- Coordinate authorized signatories for documents.
- Attend to phone calls.
- Responsible for the procurement of office stationery and refreshment.
- Coordinate birthday cards for staff and management.
- Processing of invoices.
- Manage centralized filing system.
- Manage mailing.
- Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 -2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good communications and written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at different level.
