  1. Documentation and Filing:Maintain and organize construction project documents, including contracts, drawings, permits, and other paperwork.
    Ensure all documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible for reference.
  2. Data Entry:Enter data into computer systems, including project management software and spreadsheets.
    Update and maintain databases with relevant project information.
  3. Communication:Assist in communication between various departments within the company.
    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  4. Coordination:Coordinate meetings and appointments for project managers and other staff.
    Assist in scheduling and organizing project-related activities.
  5. Billing and Invoicing:Assist in preparing and processing invoices for clients and vendors.
    Monitor and track payments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  6. Procurement Support:Assist in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
    Maintain records of material and equipment purchases.
  7. Timekeeping:Assist in tracking and recording employee work hours.
    Prepare timesheets for payroll processing.
  8. Safety Compliance:Assist in maintaining safety records and documentation.
    Support the implementation of safety procedures and protocols.
  9. Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to project managers and other team members.
    Handle office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing.
  10. Quality Assurance:Assist in maintaining quality control records and documentation.
    Support the implementation of quality assurance processes.
  11. Customer Service:Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and forwarding requests to the appropriate individuals.
  12. General Office Tasks:Perform various office tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
