Responsibilities:
· Knowledge and experience in Extra Low Voltage system like Card Access System, Panic Button, CCTV, Nurse Call, Beds, Fridge & Freezer, Bio Safety Cabinet, etc
· Supporting Engineer on managing Specialist Contractor Card Access System, Panic Button, CCTV, Nurse Call, Fridge, Freezer, Bio Safety Cabinet Fume Hood and Patient Beds, Card etc.
· Supporting Engineer in the procurement of equipment, consumable and any maintenance services, which may include raising of ITQ and RFQ and writing of ITQ and RFQ equipment’s specification
· Plan, conduct checks and ensure all preventive maintenance are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule
· Ensure that all corrective maintenance works are responded promptly and are completed orderly
· Perform the role of Technical Officer on advisory support to Fault Reporting Centre and/or respond to emergency breakdown during silent hours for critical system/equipment.
· Witness and provide support to the user for testing and commissioning of equipment
· Carry out investigation and troubleshooting
· Assisting Engineer on generating quotation of the repair work
· Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements :
· Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Material Engineering/ Mechatronic
Engineering/Microelectronic or equivalent
· Minimun 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management
· Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
· Good communication skills, positive mindset
· Hardworking and able to multi-task
· Customer service oriented mindset
· Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
