Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portal, etc.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Manages intern program by liaising with school for interns; conducting orientations; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
- Understanding of current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures if needed.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
- Experience with various selection process (phone interview, reference check, etc.)
- Experience recruiting in IT related field would be advantageous
