Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics industry. They are looking for an Operator to assist their Supply Chain team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West– easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange daily urgent, direct loading, and special project shipments with Sub-contractor.
- Conduct physical inspections for imported and exported cargoes to ensure their condition.
- Perform physical counts before releasing or receiving cargo for both internal and external parties.
- Verify documents against physical cargo before releasing or receiving shipments.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment processes using in-house systems (C2C).
- Ensure accuracy in re-weighing and measuring physical cargo.
- Check labels against booking confirmation slips for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align with provided requirements.
- Communicate with customer service teams to resolve documentation or cargo discrepancy issues.
- Ensure accurate labeling of cargo.
Requirements
- 3 years of warehouse operator experience.
