Summary
As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations of the premises. You will be expected to supervise and coach the F&B team to provide good customer service to guests, ensure efficient operations, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist the F&B Manager in setting up and managing the F&B operations
· Supervise and train the F&B team to provide good customer service
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the F&B operations
· Ensure that the F&B outlets are clean, well-maintained, and stocked at all times
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager
Qualifications / Requirements
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong knowledge of food products
· Familiarity with F&B regulations and safety standards in Singapore
· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays\
