Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional, with 5-8 years relevant experience to prove it. We want a master of the English language - someone as comfortable managing editorial and social content as he/she is churning out kickass copy for ad campaigns and social posts - as well as a strat-savvy guru who can crack big ideas, solve communications problems, and lead others to do the same.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive and develop campaign concepts, content strat, and creatives for existing clients and new projects
- Lead, generate and drive the 'big idea' for social campaigns, ad campaigns, digital advertising etc
- Generate marketing/comms ideas in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Write copy, undertake copy editing and drive content planning/management across various platforms, including social platforms, below-the-line collateral, and websites
- Work with the art department, planners and project managers for campaigns and collaborate with various teams in design, art and others for content development
- Deliver consistently high standards on retainer clients' work
Advance copywriting content
- Write copy for ad campaigns, social/digital, BTL collateral, and other forms of communications
- Conduct editorial review for content management, language, spelling and grammar
- Ensure that content and copy aligns with concept, objectives and brand guidelines
- Drive on-brief creative concepts and solutions with fellow creatives
- Review, refine and mentor other creatives to deliver excellent, on-brief work
QUALIFICATIONS
Related qualifications in Mass Communications, Advertising, Social/Digital Marketing or other related fields would be great. A solid portfolio matters more.
