Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide application Support and Development
Hands-on troubleshooting the issues reports
Communication with project team/client
Regular status reporting
Meeting client SLA
Experience
3 to 5 years of IT experience
Min 2 years of application support & maintenance experience
Extensive experience in C#, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and MS SQL Server
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferable working experience with Singapore government clients
Preferable understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies
Familiarity with Cloud platform Azure/AWS
