Responsibilities:
- Planned monthly and yearly for number of machines, headcount, and cost required
- Specialized in capacity planning, handling urgent or ad-hoc commitments
- Manage defective non-conforming materials parts in the SAP system for engineering evaluation as well as document findings
- Capacity planning, establish and maintain accurate capacity model
- Recommended machine location, moving path, and suitable timing for incoming or outgoing machines, taking into account plant layout planning and ensuring minimal disruption to production flow
- Determine planning factors for short term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios
- Provide insights on the order fulfilment process to improve organization's profitability.
- Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet planned throughput
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Industrial Engineering or it's equivalent
- Knowledge in logistic processes and systems in manufacturing is an added advantage
- Experience & knowledge in manufacturing process/product costing/planning using SAP Software
