ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Sales Advisor at LOJEL and become a crucial part of our retail success story. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in our store. If you're passionate about travel, customer service, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this role is perfect for you.

THE DESCRIPTION

  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, to foster brand loyalty
  • Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Apply and support related sustainability initiatives

YOUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail industry and knowledge in POS System
  • Great sense for details
  • Can do, proactive and positive attitude
  • Client service oriented
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Well versed in English
