ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a Sales Advisor at LOJEL and become a crucial part of our retail success story. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in our store. If you're passionate about travel, customer service, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this role is perfect for you.
THE DESCRIPTION
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, to foster brand loyalty
- Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Apply and support related sustainability initiatives
YOUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail industry and knowledge in POS System
- Great sense for details
- Can do, proactive and positive attitude
- Client service oriented
- Teamwork oriented
- Well versed in English
