Job Descritpion:
Involve in strategizing and implementation of initiatives involving the requirements study, procurement, management & maintenance support of applications.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or its equivalent.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in information technology.
- Minimum 3 years of IT Application Business Analyst experience.
- Practical experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.
- Good understanding of Cloud Technology and have attended the related foundamental Cloud Technology trainings.
- Experience in vendor & contract management, Change Management / Service Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.
Technical Skillset
- Experience in supporting/ implementing projects with databases ie Oracle/or Postgres Database, middleware ie weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat as well as exposure in automated software testing will be an added advantage.
General Skillset
- Strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillset will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supporting Applications Operations will be an added advantage.
