WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with external suppliers to ensure completion of the Supplier due diligence assessments in a timely manner
  • Tracking, Reviewing, and evaluating completed Supplier Due Diligence assessments
  • Engaging business areas to communicate risks, educate them on the risks & mitigation plans. Seek approval and acceptance.
  • Implementing and tracking supplier mitigation plans to completion
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for routine mitigation plans
  • Consulting with functional areas for high or complex risk mitigation plans
  • Assist with authoring department play book and leading process improvements related to Third Party due diligence

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Compliance, Quality, Technical, or Manufacturing/Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Service Mindset and Growth mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and leverage expertise from other internal departments.
  • Problem solving and ability to develop corrective and preventative actions.
  • Appreciation and respect for diversity of thought and inclusion.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g. Green Belt / Black Belt) or equivalent demonstrated process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of cGxPs and pharmaceutical / life science operations
  • Specialized knowledge of Privacy, security, IT, Finance risks
  • Knowledge of Power BI to track and enhance department metrics
