What You’ll Do
- Working closely with assigned business units across the organization to ensure that our people objectives align with business goals
- Building strong rapport and trust with functional leads, people managers, and individual contributors to counsel on people & culture challenges
- Driving organization culture, inclusion, and diversity initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness
- Proactively providing strategic partnerships to business leaders on impactful people initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning
- Facilitating performance management reviews in providing guidance and coaching to leaders on driving high-performing culture
- Delivering excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions
- Leveraging data and insights, propose and track action plans to identify trends and correlations, and make recommendations to increase talent attraction and retention
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience in fast-paced and high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of being a solid business partner to leaders of all levels in a culturally diverse organization
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with all levels and influence a variety of work styles
- Highly fluent in English and Mandarin as half of the portfolio this role handles is based in Taiwan.
- Well-versed in Taiwan employment law with the ability to learn quickly for other geographies
- Ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions
- Strong track record of executing, strategizing, and prioritizing.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating high-ambiguity environments.
