-Arrange cover for cleaners during periods of absence, liaising with the Cleaning Manager on any complex issues
-Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
-Direct and supervise cleaning staff in all areas of the premises
-On an ongoing basis leads and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-trained
-Direct and supervise cleaning staff and other employees performing similar services as directed
-Assist with training/coaching of set up operator in the performance of their assigned job duties
-Work with Operations Manager to prepare performance reviews
