Position summary:
This position will be responsible as the technical owner taking care of the BPM (Business Process Management) Solutions like K2, Microsoft Power Platform applications in the organization covering all the aspects of leading the governance, design, development, deployment, administration, training, operations and support. Strong knowledge and expertise in UI and UX design processes.
In this role, it is expected to review existing BPM solutions to determine and propose the effective optimization of the system and lead any new development or deployment following industry standards and best practices.
Critical Work Functions:
· Technical owner of these BPM (workflow) solutions as K2, Microsoft Power Apps and Chat Bots
· Define governance for the BPM platform and drive towards establishing the Center of Excellence within the organization
· Ensure the best practices are followed by the delivery team and govern it tightly from the release management perspective
· Fronting new initiatives leading the technical side of delivery ensuring stakeholder expectations are met
· Constantly review and ensure the system performance and to ensure no impact to the business users
· Front and ensure the support team provides quality delivery, quality and feasible solutions
Key Responsibilities:
· Accountable for all aspects of system and lead any new development or deployment following industry standards and best practices for the business solutions planned to be delivered, and ensuring quality delivery of the requirements fulfillment
· Ensure best practices are followed and perform code review on the deliverables from the support team
· Knowledge in handling BPM and Chat Bot applications configurations and IT Security risks related activities
· Drive user adoption for newer technologies in BPM that are measurable
· Business stakeholders and key user management
The ideal candidate will have (education & experience):
· Degree in Computer Engineering
· At least 8 years of IT experience including a minimum of 2 years as technical lead managing or leading delivery in BPM and Chat Bot solutions
· Must have experience in programming languages (Developer) such as Microsoft .Net (Web and Client), ASP, ASP .Net MVC, Java Script, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Microsoft IIS, Web Services (SOAP or REST), Microsoft WCF and ASM .NET Web API, C#, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft data verse
· Must have at least 1 of the Chat Bot tools experience in either Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate or SAP iRPA
· Preferably to have certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSA) or equivalent from other BPM product certifications will be an added advantage.
· Preferably at least 2 years experience in delivery related to user adoption.
· Familiar and comfortable with change management processes.
· Experience managing external vendors to deliver exceptional value.
· Experienced in managing senior business stakeholders (up to Director level).
