You report to the Production Operations Manager. Your job responsibilities mainly include the following:
- Supervise Food Processing Assistants.
- Assist in in the Central Kitchen production operations.
- Preparation of pre-cook food items for restaurants.
- Prepare and determine right quantity of various ingredients for sauces.
- Monitor the inventory level notify the Production Operations Manager when stock level is low.
- Familiarise with all sauces and cooking methods for all food production items.
- Stir-fry chilli paste.
- Defrost and cut poultry, and other meat items.
- Peeling of prawn shell.
- Anticipate the following day’s supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients.
- Keeping production area clean and hygienic.
- To perform other duties as assigned.
