Responsibilities:
- Generating quality leads from various channels to develop and expand client base, close sales orders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and/or new corporate customers and vendors.
- Attending to customer's requests for proposals, and quotations with the appropriate follow-up.
- Administer sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
- Always keeping up with product knowledge and related skill sets, as well as doing extensive research on market situations and trends.
- Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data.
- Prepare reports for tracking of sales activity.
- Participate in any other ad-hoc duties assigned to the team.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates welcomed. Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience working in a similar role is a bonus.
- Prior experience working with system integrators is a bonus.
- Data-driven and monitoring-centered.
- Ability to use basic excel skills and analyze data.
- Communication and people skills.
- Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service.
- Strong verbal and oral English proficiency.
