Höllöberg has exclusively partnered with a European multinational within the Defense sector to search for a Regional Sales Manager covering the Asia Pacific region, dealing with technical solutions related to Telecommunications. It's a great opportunity for someone with telecommunications or related background to enter a Security sector. You will get the chance to be part of a team growing company's presence across ports, harbors and other maritime entities in SEA and APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Business Development and Marketing of company's products and solutions to global system integrators & distributors, Navy as well as to other end-users,
- Managing the Sales process, including strategic capture planning, lead generation and pipeline management, customer presentations, responses to customer requests, contract negotiations, and closing of contracts.
- Contributing to go-to-market strategies and business strategy.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships over a long sales process.
- Identifying and managing local partners,
- Frequent regional business travel as well as annual trips to the European HQ,
- Participating in and contributing to regional exhibitions and customer events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with at least one of the following: Electronics, Telecommunications, Radio, Radar or Communications equipment in technical or sales capacity is necessary,
- Minimum two years of sales experience is a must,
- Previous exposure to defense or maritime sectors are a plus,
- Technical, military, or commercial academic degree.
