Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Educational Sessions: Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining customer databases, sales reports, and expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
