Job Scope
· Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
· Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
· Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
· Advising project team on contractual rights.
· Ensuring that cost is ideally managed within budget throughout the project.
· Source for suppliers/subcontractors and generate quotation reports.
· Cost estimation.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
· Good in PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage.
· Good team player.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
