Your role:
- Ready to join a great team of Henkel HR with an exciting job opportunity as a Total Rewards Specialist SEA & ANZ?
- You will make an impact by supporting execution and implementation of new or changes to rewards program in partnership with regional team
- You will manage regular activities such as annual salary cycle, benefit renewal, market surveys
- You provide analytical support in market benchmarking
- You help to ensure programs are executed and implemented in accordance with policy and compliance requirements
- You will partner closely with other functions / stakeholders (Shared Services, Payroll, HR Ops, Finance) to ensure processes are seamless and user-friendly, and drive continuous improvements
- You ensure support the creation and maintenance of Total Rewards policies, tools, communication and training materials, in line with industry best practice and business needs
Your skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of HR or Total Rewards experience
- Analytical mindset is required
- Experience in working with HR Information Systems such as SAP
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
