Job Description:
- Oversee and manage electrical installation and maintenance works schedule
- Coordinate with local authorities, utility and service providers on all matters relating to the works, including making necessary applications/submissions to obtain all permits
- Manage the Project Team to ensure all works executed on site are according to specification, quality of works, and safety precautions
- Plan materials/resources delivery
- Manage/review change requests and implement changes
- Perform site visits to ensure the quality of installations is according to project specifications
- Review the project progress and present it to the Management and clients
- Review and monitor monthly progress claims, interim payments, and project cash flow status
- Establish guidelines and monitor sub-contractors performance to ensure guidelines are followed
- Act as the main contact for customers and the project team on all project contractual matters
Requirement
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must have similar experience in the construction industry
- Those with experience in managing Mixed Development projects will be prioritised
