- Assist to Plan, Establish, Review and implementation of EHS programs.
- Advise on the safe method of works to mitigate or minimize work risk.
- Ensure the compliance with mandatory permit-to-work for hazardous works.
- Act as the secretary to the WSH Committee and advise the project manager on safety and health management.
- To maintain/ update/ Review Project HSE Safety & Health Management System, with periodical review RA/ MS / SWP for related work activities submitted by Subcontractors.
- To ensure HSE compliances for daily site operation, Review RA, SWP and MS for Near miss reporting, injuries reporting, and any findings of unsafe working conditions.
- Assists to WSHM to evaluate non safety compliances penalty report and analyze of unsafe working conditions.
- To review, established site & coordinate safety training program, conducted daily site inspection, Weekly PGI with LTA project team.
- To establish good communication with all stakeholders to maintain good safety records, conducted routine monthly inspection/committee meeting and comply with client HSE standards.
- To establish safe work practices related training programme, prepare training materials and to train supervisors for safety topics to encourage and promote safety practices for workers.
- Continue to emphasize of appropriate safe working methods to reduce work injuries and minimize potential accident, with good training programme include regular safety timeout and safety promotion exercise.
- To assist management to review on progressive actions and related safety issues, improve working conditions to comply WSH acts at works.
- Conduct subcontractor EHS evaluation.
- Organize and conduct WSH/ ConSass Audit and HSE Inspection
- Organize and conduct EHS management review and formulate of EHS plan.
- Plan and advise management on accident prevention, safe work methods, legal requirements affecting safety and health.
- Prepare and submit monthly HSE reports as requested by client.
- Team supervision and ensure safety within site at all times.
