Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager for Mainland China, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in this key market. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, and enhance our brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mainland China's food service and coffee industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conduct market analysis to understand current trends and competition in the Chinese coffee market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the Chinese market.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Provide regular reports on market insights, sales progress, and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business culture.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Ability to travel frequently within Mainland China and internationally.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
