As our Sales & Admin Intern, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of sales/merchandising areas focusing on offline/online retailers. You will work alongside the marketing team/sales team to drive the brand’s vision and strategy to achieve our goals.
Brands: Ryo, Mise En Scene & Illiyoon
PO Processing & retailers’ support
- Process daily PO generated by retailers, issue invoices via SAP system and coordinate with sales team and supply chain for delivery
- Assist to manage retailers’ eStore on coordinating with retailers to ensure product images/description are aligned with brand guideline
VMD/ Merchandising anagement
- Visiting Supermarkets /Pharmacies outlets in an assigned area and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products.
- To ensure all company's products, especially core SKUs are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks at shelves and warehouse.
- To liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product.
- To ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and promo window.
- To implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near expired stocks regularly to minimize trade returns.
- Check expired/expiring stock /product defects & product quality issue.
- To provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor’s activities to Sales Representative
Others
- Work with the brand team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth and engagement.
- Assist in the monthly reporting instore sales campaigns and brand update
- Any other ad-hoc duties/support required.
