Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the daily administrative operations of the department, including document management, schedule coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Project Assistance: Provide support in departmental projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Communication Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the department and other stakeholders.
- Data Management: Compile, analyze, and report departmental data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence: Assist in the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Resource Coordination: Help manage departmental resources, including office supplies and equipment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
