Overall responsibility in supporting regional retail innovation, compiling Best Practices, and execution guide for SEAO region.
- providing timely analysis and insights from regional data and executions
- aligning regional retail strategy to complement HQ programs and plans.
- liaising with subsidiaries in ASEAN/ANZ to translate strategy into executions and eventually business results (Profitability and Revenue)
- the role will involve high level of coordination with local subsidiaries’ retail teams, and help create quality reports to C-Level distill Best Practice and scale across region in timely manner
Key areas of focus
- Analyze regional market trends, sales trends, internal data, competition and product segment mix to help identify opportunities to drive sellout in assigned retail channels
- Work closely with RPM and Subsidiary Retail team to facilitate new product launches Go-To-Market plans and track execution progress
- Support strategic Retail projects executions and results tracking (e.g Net Promoter Score etc) This is in coordination with Subsidiary retail operations and regional/global project teams.
- Distill best practices of Retail executions and scale across region with speed
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor Degree with at least 6 years of retail operations, trade marketing, and/or channel marketing experience in Consumer Goods
- Analytical, logic based approach to problems
- Career aspiration in retail & channel management area
- Effective time management, self-disciplined & strong follow through skills
- Strong interpersonal & intercultural skills
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Proven soft skills in: Strong analytical thinking, Execution focused, High Ownership behaviour, Strong interpersonal skills – to influence matrixed organisation
