DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Asset Wealth Management Integrated Media team is looking for a Search Manager to execute, analyze, optimize and comprehensively report on search programs within the APAC region. You will have expertise in paid search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and a background knowledge of other digital channels. You will be Strong budget management skills and excellent relationship management skills will be key to collaborating with stakeholders across our various lines of business; vendors and agencies to deliver well-executed and successful campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop sophisticated integrated search campaigns; partnering with our local stakeholders and agency partners
• Educate our partners on which types of search tactics to deploy within set budgets and according to specific KPIs
• Support the Global Head of Search on strategic, data-driven projects to implement the Search strategy and the smooth running of Paid Search and SEO campaigns
• Activate strategic campaigns and optimize accounts in partnership with key leaders, using your skills in paid search and SEO
• Identify and implement optimizations; adhering to our measurement framework to ensure that appropriate KPIs are met through working with stakeholders and agencies
• Design reporting dashboards with our stakeholder base to deliver real-time reports
• Experience launching or managing a third party on Paid Search campaigns
• Plan, create, and manage Paid Search campaigns on SA360, AdWords, Baidu and Bing Ads across multiple lines of business, globally, working to strict budgets and KPI. Also, optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic levels
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Google AdWords, Baidu, Bing Advertising, SA360, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends
• Understanding of data segmentation and audience overlays
• Ad trafficking and importance of tracking, UTM parameters & remarketing
• Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools
• Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama
• Third party SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Linkdex
• Minimum of 5+ years of Paid Search and SEO management and campaign experience
• Experience designing and executing Paid Search and SEO campaigns is essential
• Experience of working within a media agency or publisher
• Bachelor degree in finance or economics or other related discipline
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support stakeholders in China and management of the Paid Search Engine Marketing channel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Present monthly steering presentations to management team to assess Search and content performance and highlight areas being worked on
• Ensure all website content is SEO focused, goes live with SEO best practice, is on-brand and engaging for the target demographic and that it meets minimum QA requirements every single time
• Educate stakeholders on Search best practice providing advice, feedback and support for any issues that arise
• Understand the importance of segmentation of data across paid search and use supplementary tools such as Datorama, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics to match traffic peaks and troughs
• Manage Search agency relationships to ensure accurate and meaningful guidance, recommendation and discussion on Search best practice globally
• Intellectual curiosity, drive; self-starter and excellent communication skills
