Senior Sales Manager
Roles and responsibilities -
1. Overall Responsibility for the brand including product launches, product life cycle management, full year plans(category wise) and P&L
2. Quarterly targets vs achievement(country wise, catogory wise)
3. Managing brand expectation, negotiations with the brand relating to targets, prices, rebates, investments in the markets etc.
4. Managing price waterfall for each market which in turn leads to complete P&L management for the brand on a quarterly basis
5. Regular inventory management( forecasting, ageing management)
6. Managing in-country teams and ensuring target fulfilment. Overseeing all aspects in the countries including NPI, marketing, retail execution, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, after sales service.
7. Build relationships with keys retailers like CE, LFRs and large regional players to ensure product placement and marketing support(visibility, brand awareness activities)
8. Work with all cross functional teams(sales support, logistics, finance) to ensure operational efficiency
Minimum requirements
1. At least 5 years experience in consumer durables/home appliances/ CE chains
2. Should have managed a team of at least 10 people for not less than 2 years
3. Experience in launching new brands, new markets is an added advantage
4. Ability to work with targets
