Job Duties:
- Attend to operation needs of company customers or customer-appointed vendors
- Basic administration on the facility booking system
- Observe and execute the security duties
- Coordinate with company Stakeholders whenever required
- Be familiar and follow the company Policies and Procedures
- May be asked to switch to night duties on planned occasions
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- GCE O Level
- Prior facilities admin experience is preferred
- Comfortable to travel between HQ and Toh Guan
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
