Role Description:
* This position reports to the Restaurant Manager. The trainee is required to work closely with Restaurant Manager to manage the front-of-house operations and staff.
* Katatsu F&B Pte Ltd operates Ichiho Donburi & Sushi, a restaurant that specialises in donburi and sushi. We take pride in developing our staff to become skilled service-oriented individuals, responsible for the satisfaction of our customers, who are mainly business executives and families.
* We look forward to training candidates with firm work ethics and having good physical ability to assist with front-of-house management, further contributing to the efficient running of our operations.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Assist Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations in the front-of-house.
2. Assist Restaurant Manager to prepare staff shift schedules.
3. Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence.
4. Attending to reservations and enquiries via telephone, social media, walk-ins.
5. Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Competencies:
1. Active participation in restaurant front of house operations.
2. Good reporting skills.
3. Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Skills
4. Sanitation and Housekeeping Skills
Requirements:
Able to work 6 days a week
11:00am – 3:00pm
6:00pm – 10:00pm

Off one day
