JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparation and cooking of food
Able to follow and cook according to menu planned.
Cook accordingly to correct number of portions for each meal period, without wastage.
Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time.
Ensure safe operations of all equipment and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
Comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
• 1 - 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Ability to work in a team.
