- Manage the department to achieve its assigned goals and ensure compliance to safety, security and established policies and regulations
- Formulate strategies to grow the business and market share
- Direct and oversee operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that operational functions meet assigned objectives
- Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure all audits requirements are met, including ISO 9001, 14000, etc.
- Ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met
- Responsible for meeting department’s P&L targets and order book pipeline
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent or relevant professional qualifications
- 10 years of experience in management role/function
- Operations management experience with MRO industry experience would be an advantage
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Good communication and people skills
