What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of regional labour laws and healthcare workforce dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
About The Role
- Develop strong partnerships with small, medium and large-size healthcare teams to understand and assess their unique healthcare manpower challenges in order to provide solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR recruitment, outsourcing and training initiatives aligned with their business objectives.
- Co-lead regional recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality placement of healthcare professionals.
- Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing HR solutions.
- Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
