Accountabilities and Tasks:
- Identify, understand and propose suitable products and solutions to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the external business partner to address the needs of the customer.
- Work with internal departments to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Prospect and qualify new customers.
- Build and monitor sales pipeline.
- Track, collate and interpret sales numbers.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Updating of sales activities and pipelines on CRM system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of solutions sales experience in a hunter role.
- Candidates with sales experience in handling B2B customers in the Retail industry are highly preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in providing one-stop solutions to clients as part of the sales pipelines are highly preferred.
- Resourceful & strong problem-solving skills.
