Job Responsibilities
• Carry out online/offline promotions from start to end e.g. setting of promotional mechanics in the systems and briefing all staff involved in what to expect.
• Reply comments, reviews and enquiries on Tiktok/IG/Shopee/Lazada.
• Manage, schedule and generate quality content for online platforms.
• Marketing of products via various social media channels e.g. live selling
Job Requirements
• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
• Experience in managing and generating content for social media marketing on Tiktok, Instagram, Shopee and Lazada
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
• Able to handle pressure and work efficiently
