Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and smooth execution of integrated communications initiatives
- Strengthen and expand relationship with key clients, including recommending solutions
- Ensure accurate accounting and management of inventory and assets where necessary
- Supports an Account Director with project development, coordination and end-to-end execution
- Compliance – ensure operation integrity by adhering to all global and regional processes, standards and practices in all aspects of the business
- Ensure timelines are met and aligned with agency resources efficiently and ensure deliverables
- Assist in scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in community management of social channels
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong client facing and ability to manage several stakeholders
- Possess a meticulous aptitude and strives to be detailed and process-focused
- Excellent project management skills
- Possess a team-orientated mindset and is committed to the success of the team
- Open to feedback and acts on it accordingly and quickly
- Has enthusiasm, energy and a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in marketing services or relevant communications role is a plus
